ambrose was pretty useless at sussex, he was behind prior when moores was in charge, be surprised if he got a call.

   I think Flower is a good pick....and agree that Shine is useless, he was crap for Somerset, unfortunately this cricket coach lark is a bit of a closed shop, there aren't too many opportunities and its still a bit of the job for the boys.

  Always amuses me to look through Wisden to see the names of old cricketers coaching at the various public schools.....until that system is overthrown English cricket will never really maximise its potential.
