well i thought he played bloody well yesterday. is it because he's playing for a contract, or is it because he is an enigmatic winger who, on his day, has the beating of any left back outside of the champion's league?

Like I said, bit of an ironic twist with Roberts yesterday. No he didn't score the goal but he was probably our best player.
I just think the effort has been there for the last month but the skill bit hasn't worked out. Yesterday it did and he was bloody immense!

If he played like that every week he would be a solid championship player, the reason he has never graced a higher league then the third tier is because he is so inconsistent!! Fuckin immense yesterday and defo worth another contract, but we do need to bring in another right winger to push him, and replace him when he has a rough period. |

he was superb yesterday it has to be said. he just never stopped running. looked to shoot more as well. if only he played like that every week. its what he should be doing
