Ben, by the way - do you think you could get your celebrated colleagues, messrs bowden and starnes to ahve the courtesy to reply to my email. Rod Bluh did, and he's got a whole town to run. Are you saying that you, a customer of Swindon Town, have contacted them and they have not replied even though STFC's Customer Charter for 2006/07 says that "STFC will respond to any contact from a customer by telephone, letter, email or fax within 10 days"? suppose 10 days isn't up - maybe it takes them 10 days to come up with a plausible excuse why they're still talking to rovers. |

ronnie are you trying to get a medal for the club having said they'd contact you? i'm sure they say they'll contact loads of people....solicitors and the tax man just to name two.
