Ben, by the way - do you think you could get your celebrated colleagues, messrs bowden and starnes to ahve the courtesy to reply to my email. Rod Bluh did, and he's got a whole town to run. Are you saying that you, a customer of Swindon Town, have contacted them and they have not replied even though STFC's Customer Charter for 2006/07 says that "STFC will respond to any contact from a customer by telephone, letter, email or fax within 10 days"? |

Thanks for your reply Ben, Funny that the Football League have not instructed Bristol City to make their fans to stay off the pitch!! I had a face-to-face (not a pretty sight!) with Bowden, he took my phone number and promised a reply within 48 hours. That was in January at the Trust meeting at the Moonies. I still await his answer! |
