Swindon fans ran down the street and they then came running back because they were being chased by Rovers fans.

"It was the worst we've ever seen and there was no police presence on the street.

"It's always the traders on Gloucester Road who bear the brunt of thuggery.

"People do not come out on a match day because they are terrified.

"We lost hundreds of pounds of trade."

Sounds to me like he was blaming Rovers "fans" for chasing Swindon fans and for loss of trade on other match days?
