What a day. We were right at the back behind the goal - perfect view. Atmosphere was stunnning. Was there some reason though why the Town End seemed to take so long to respond. Surely sound didn't travel that slowly across a football pitch?!
Also sat on the boundary rope and watched the cricket with a bottle of Newcastle Brown before kick-off. Days like that are bot to be missed.

From the intel sounded like similar response time from each end. Top effort, reminded me of old days (except the view never used to be so good from the shrivvy road!) i'd forgotten how loud the town end could be.
