After finding the club a lovely place a few months ago and one of our directors not calling em back I wint bother again. Was prepared to not charge a fee and reduce the rent but they didnt call back as promised....

4 bed in old town has to be £1200 I'd have thought - unles its an extended run of the mill terrace - for somewhere in the lawns or old Town south of Bath Road it's be pretty pricey - there is always a few places in the gates kicking about to amongst the agents in Old Town.
