Why have no league clubs looked at him?

He seems to score for fun!

No i'm serious. Every weekend i turn Radio Swindon on to hear he's banged in a load more goals!

Surely, whats the harm in giving these sort of players a trial??

For fucking Salisbury!

Look at what a waste of time James Constable has been and he's a better player than Matt Tubbs.

Dave, have you seen him play this season? Looks a different class to be honest. The only down side is his size and the fact that he keeps getting sent off.I guess that it might be worth taking a chance on him but there is a huge difference between League 1 and conference south.

if he was good enough he would have been snapped up.very few come through from that standard into league football,as prem clubs release players that end up in the lower leagues.

I think Bournemouth were looking at him, but whether he can make the grade is debatable, but probably worth the risk for around 25k (any more than that, and I don't think it's worth the gamble, and i'd imagine Salisbury would want more).

Jesus, that is some gamble, 25k or over!  No way, we gave £10k for Charlie Griffin and where did that get us, as previously mentioned Constable didn't make the grade.  Now if he was 18 and scoring goals regularly in that league it might just be different.
