Great Idea :-))(
Lets use of our most prestigious awards - with a decent history and good winners (Frank Talia being the obvious exception) to a modest midfield player, who's attacking qualities have enhanced our season to the tune of one goal. Fair enough get hima player of the month award, but lets reward some serious quality on this one IMHO.
Had it not been for injury Brez or Willaims would have walked it, now its between jack Smith, Peacock and the Beast IMHO.

Pook - don't make me laugh (like a giraffe). Offers nothing going forward and is extremely limited with his footballing ability. I admit he puts in a lot of effort and has improved (hardly hard to improve on what he was like before), but I hope he leaves in the summer, as with him in the team we'll be asking for trouble next season.

Hasn't it been the trend of late for our Player of the Years to leave after collecting the accolade? Pook wins my vote But seriously: I'm not voting for him on the grounds that he hasn't been our best player this season by a distance of biblical proportions.
