4 real people in the run in for it in my opinion are:
Lee Peacock,
Phil Smith,
JackSmith,
Jerel Ifil.

I think they all deserve some kind of award as they've been stand out over the season.

All four them have been outstanding this season but i would say Jerel Ifil sticks out the most. Quality defender!!!!

Has to be one of the defenders or 'keeper, we've been sound at the back this season. Would have to be The Beast for me, back to his old self (when he was here on loan) and has really held the defence together at times in the absence of Adi.

Jamie Vincent, more important to our defence than he gets credit for.

1.First would be lee peacock without a shadow of a doubt. His attitude and work rate this season has been outstanding. Always puts 110% into every game. He gets the fans going and keeps the rest of the players spirits up. I love that bloke Oops

2.Phil smith. When brez got injured I immediately thought oh crap here we go and thought from then on we'd go down hill as at the time there was the whole wise thing going on,and i'd never saw smith play properly so I had my doubts I have to admitt. But he came in and has done a superb job. Especially lately he is on top form. Good man!

3.Joint third -Jack smith & Beast jerel ifil. Both improved loads and have been major assets this season.

Agree with vincent, but he hasn't done it over the whole season. my vote would go to peacock, just because he simply never stops running, and always gives 100%

have to agree with swindon chick. Out of those 4, Phil Smith just edges it for me based on him exceeding expectations. Jack Smith has had a few dodgy ones lately. Jerel has been a rock but his indiscipline may have ended up costing us.  If this vote was based on pure effort then obviously, 'The Cock' would walk it, but he didn't score enough goals when he was playing up top.

Either Lee Peacock or Jerel Ifil, for me.

To close to call.

If Evo hadn't been injured for half the season, i'm sure he'd have been in the mix. Same goes for Brezovan.

Phil Smith gets my vote.

He will only just of played 30 league games by the end of the season though.

Ifil in Jack Smith will finish the season having played 40 odd league games, closely followed by Lee Peacock. Ifil has made virtually no mistakes this season and will be in the top 2 most regular starters.

Phil Smith just hasn't played enough games to get it. (only played 2 thirds of the season).

Ifil has improved loads but his discipline has let us down at times. Peacock for me.

And how many times has he kept us in the game during those 30 games?

He came from non league Crawley Town and i was a bit sceptical when he first joined and even more so when Brezovan got injured but i think he's done extremely well to fill Brezovan's place whilst Brez recovered from his broken arm.

My choices would be:-

1) Phil Smith
2) Jerel Ifil
3) Jack Smith
4) Lee Peacock - only due to his recent perfrmances since moving into midfield.
5) Paul Evans
