Anyone know when they're going to start knocking out this season's replica shirts at a tenner?

It usually happens with a couple of games of the season to go....

Can anyone remember when it was last season?

They're already selling knock-down squad gear so I wouldn't imagine it would be too long.

I was in the club shop last week, and the woman said there is no plans to reduce the shirts, even though they are bringing out a new one next season. Bloody rip off

Despite the above posts, I would imagine the Wlasall game at the latest you will be able to get yourself a cheap shirt

We're changing kit manufactuers so it would make no sense business wise to reduce the Lonsdale kit?

No business sense would be to have 100 kits left over at the end of the season, and no buyers for them = £0 profit.

At least if they sell them for £10 they'll make an extra £1000...

If they don't then I'll just get the new kit.
So for me I'll give them £30 for one shirt, or £40 for the new one and the old one...

BTW when's the new one usually released?

They release the away kit first else nobody would buy it. Everyone would just get the home kit.

Away kit normally comes out in june and the home kit in july.

Some teams where their new kit on the last day of the season don't they?  Don't think we do though.  Probably not be available til July.
