UNRESERVED APOLOGY

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise not only to the members of this forum, but also the board of STFC for the post that I made earlier today, with regards to the categorical denial that any communications had been recieved by Messrs Davis & Co.

I was wrong in stating that, and whilst unable to retract a statement so open in the public domain, I wish to apologise to all parties concerned.

It appears that a complete internal communication breakdown has occurred and that indeed communications were received from STFC, by the Consortiums solicitors Messrs Davis & Co.

Obviously this changes the dynamics of the whole situation, and I hope beyond hope that both parties can now enter a period of calm whilst negotiations are taking place, and we as fans can enjoy the remainder of the season, giving our 100% backing to Paul and the lads.

Easier said than done. If I'd kept my mouth shut on Saturday I would have seen the game. Still, I went home thinking "I'm a big mouthed cunt" yet come Monday I was hurling abuse at that bloke who walked past us at the protest.
