Every fucking advert fucking says no fucking pets/smokers.

Is it at all fucking possible that they might be a bit fucking flexible as I never fucking smoke indoors and neither does my cat?

If the ad says no smokers/pets would they consider a clean pussy?

errr I mean a clean cat. He doesn't smell or anything and has impeccable manners.

Your offer is tempting Yeovil, my cat would get eaten and you'd destroy my clean living ways.

Where are you looking for and is it just a house share or own place?

What's prompting the move, Sonic?

I thought you were off to Brighton?  :?

My parents are selling the house, finally had an offer today (woo asking price) so we need somewhere to live.

I'm not going to Uni, finish college this summer - probably - and find a job

Go on local council website and find an accredited agent, call them do not email them.  Id wait until you had seen a place and then say you smoke and have a small cat, by this point the agent will smell money and go for it.

Also try and find one without charging fees, some charge £150 - £200 just to reference you  Cheesy

I wouldnt mention the smoking at all if you smoke outside anyway.

Id have thought letting agents would bite your hands off to get a nice middle class family into their properties for a year its not as if you are a high risk financially or going to wreck the gaff is it..
