My BT Broandband runs out in a couple of weeks and no way am i continuing to pay £26pm for it.

I'm wanting to switch to the 16meg £10pm package and wondered if anyone else has it and what it is like?

I am in SN2 and registered for it, they haven't got back to me yet.  But then, neither has Mike Bowden!!  Must be my body odour or something!

Well i phoned BT for my MAC but had a running battle with the guy for over 10 mins whilst he told me how bad Sky BB was.

He said i wouldn't get 16meg speed as my line is only capable of 7meg. To which i said if thats the case and i only get 7meg with Sky i'll still save £15pm and have the same speed as BT. He wouldn't have it but in the end gave me my MAC and i've now ordered Sky BB.

what a cock

There's a new law stating that they have to make it easier for you to switch BB supplier - i.e. give you your MAC on request.

SO if anyone finds themselves in a similar situation just shit them up with that knowledge
