A better performance than on Saturday but against a very very poor Torquay side. The chant " You dirty norther bastards" had me in stitches!
Another two wins and we are I'd say we are there Cheesy

Contradiction of the Year Award goes to.....

It does annoy me how he pretends to be injured and goes down easy and that needs to be sorted out. But,m at the end of the day, he got the ball and ran at players when we were going forward, and chased players to win the ball back when we defended. Probably MOTM for me although Peacock did a lot of work in the middle too

To be honest todays game sums up out season, grinding out results. We dont seem to be able to beat teams convinsingly. Im happy to take the 3 points though and moves us a step closer to promotion.

Looking at the teams who could come down from the championship and the teams staying in league one we could have some great away days next season.

Todays highlights for me were:

The dirty northern bastards song
Torquay fans singing 'you're not singing any more' then Lucas banging in the goal
Ricky's dance outside the Arkells stand
And that kid falling over during the bizarre game on a tiny pitch at half time with one team in full kit and the others in jeans and trainers with a sprinkler drenching them

Todays dissapointment:

Having to drink coke as im still feeling the after effects from Hereford.

Ideally we will go into the Bristol Rovers game promoted.

We've only taken 1 point from Bury and Mansfield combined so we really need to concentrate because these two teams won't be pushovers.

by 1 you mean 3 yeah?

Also, I havent gone that mental at a goal for ages.

Thought we'd blown it after they scored (wtf was the penalty for?>)

but Lukas to the rescue....

Bless.

You did well on Saturday I thought. That glass never left your hand. Did you manage to get it through the frisking and into the ground and back out as well?

Ha ha yes, its just a shame they didnt lob it at the keeper when he went to take the goal kick.

Although fairplay to him after the game.

I take it you realise we don't do it to waste time, we do it to wind the keeper up?

How could I forget the guy falling over?! That was genius! And everybody seemed to see it despite the fact nobody was watching the game  Cheesy
