Oh shit....I wanted a laugh a couple of days ago and re-read the Blodwyn humiliation thread...thought I must go down the Glue Pot tonight as there were a few takers....completely forgot. It'll be interesting to hear what they have to say.

I know for a fact that Mike and Becky who run the gluepot weren't there. They are ace and it's a shame that they are leaving in 7 weeks time.

I cant help but think that the NDA wont be signed ... this is very negative considering in fairness to the board, that their last statement regarding the takeover said something along the lines of no further details will be discussed publically until matters have progressed - which is basically a NDA in itself without all the trimmings. they have no reasonnot to sign it.....if they want to seel they will sign it to make the process easier, if they don't want to sell then we wouldnt be at this point now so we wouldnt be having this debate.....its a formality as opposed to a posibility, juts a matter of how long it takes them to get on with it......you have to remember, when did they ever do much on time or right??? Not long now boys and girls and we will be moving forward.

Not really, the signing of the NDA is vital for the process of due diligence which is in turn neccesary for making a firm, concrete and final offer.

You get my point though - they seemed keen from their last statement to point out that they dont wish to argue about it anymore and want to get on with matters rather than squabbling......which is what the NDA is for (albeit alongside its importance with the actual offer as we all know) My point maybe was lost.....I think they DO want to talk and are simpy just idiots rather than cleverly stalling!

Details of what though? Talks over an offer?
The NDA will also include loads about loans, internal procedures, budgets etc etc I expect.
Possibly why the Board have been so cagey up until now? Something to hide?

If we knew the answer to that we'd have BP & CO in already. If they aren't going to sign the NDA, that would constitute another lie, and they will be slaughtered
