Why gold? I want a badge that means something, but they look like a simplified, tacky version of the old one. Just use the old one! In fact, I agree with this quote more!!

I wonder if it will make any difference. If there are more votes than complaints then we will hate another badge for a decade! If fairness I still hate the current one more.

I wonder if the fans voice Gary Stanley was consulted on these designs, if so he's had a mare!

Why do we need to change at this moment in time? Who will gain out of this? Think about it lads, suppliers of print etc. are the ones who will benefit the most. Does the word Newbury spring to mind? Let's just leave it to Bill Power, Phil Emmell and the fans rep to make a decision! The man makes a good point. A VERY good point. Let's just get this board out. Everybody vote option five- none of the above until this lot leave !!! My first instinct when I read the story on the OS was exactly what ronnie21 typed. There are more important issues to resolve right now than the club badge design IMHO. It may be irrelavant in 3 months anyway (says the pessimist in me  ) FWIW, I don't like any of them.

I'm not too keen on any, including the current one.
Don't see how you can go for a red and gold "traditional looking" badge on a overly post-modern spikey strip design either

I hated reading this today, why the fuck are they coming out with this shit, now? The only reason I can think of is as previously suggested to get one final Newbury-bound rinse of funds via the guise of "marketing/consultancy/branding/stealing" What a total waste of money and what a crock of shit facade of fans' choice that really is. Three near identical badges, all bad rip offs of the original one that everyone would like to have anyway. FUCK OFF BOARD

With the crazy kits I don't think we need a badge. Maybe just a some small text top centre saying something like 'S.T.F.C.' with '1879' underneath in smaller writing.
Could still use the current badge when they need a logo elsewhere.

I dread to imagine the consultancy and designing fee we've paid Dunwoody for designing these. Is this Diamandis's clever way of stealing the Lukas transfer fee.......or am I just a cynic? Also, once it's been registered as a trademark, they'll also claim a cut of any sales. So, vote for 'None of the above.'

Is that true....so say they implement the logo and then sell the club straight after, will they still own the trademark and so still make money from ever bit of merchandise next season until Power and co manage to change it?

I'm going to vote for the '1989' badge. I urge anybody else who wants our heritage on the badge without the shitty new ones they've come up with to go and do so.
