Why on God's Earth would you want them to win? (unless you went and put money on them to win it from the start of the competition)

I use to watch them in the early 90's at Twerton Park. My dad took me to watch local games. In fact Rovers were the first ever league team I watched play. They were a family Club back then. Shocked
With Swindon in the premiership, it was a bit hard getting tickets with all the band wagon supporters and big money men.  :?

I went to this game, Igoe played ok to be fair, probably their best player, especially in the second half though they were lucky to get a penalty 'cos he'd never have scored otherwise, pretty close game overall but Bristol Rovers defending was really bad for both goals, they just let Heffernan run straight past them and left him with an easy finish, we should really be able to beat them.
