You'd have to reallign your Sky dish to another satellite, meaning you'd lose most of your normal Sky channels.

Best thing to do is buy a motorised dish.

Not sure whether there has been a test case or no.

The argument is that the foreign channel is beamed from the far east to France, then retransmitted via satellite from there. So therefore the station is technically coming from France, urgo inside the EU and perfectly legal.

At least that is what the landlord tol me Smiley

As i pointed out once before you can get yourself sorted for Albanian satellite on eBay, which is cheaper and shows all the prem games. Even the ones at 15:00 on Saturdays.

You can also get Italian Satellite, which my dad's mate has and they get most from what i recall, that's also cheaper than sky.

Oh, don't know whether the Italian comes in English, although Albanian does. Check eBay.

I think it has been tested legally and the pubs lose.  I'm sure I've heard of pubs being fined for doing this and even having a the threat of having their license withdrawn.  It used to be quite common, usually Swedish satellite (or at least that the Country that springs to mind).  The issue is they screen the 3pm games on Saturdays.

I was reading about it somewhere on line. It's fine for personal use but it's to do with pub's showing 3pm games.

EDIT: Down the bottom of here somewhere

There is a pub in west Swindon that show live Prem games at 3 Saturdays. I remember starting a thread about it somewhere.
Rich knows the pub.
