I’m doing some training at work where I have to do a practice presentation and have decided to educate my associate employee contemporaries on the ongoing saga that is the County Ground.

Though I vaguely know what I'm talking about answers to the following would be extremely useful

How much rent do we pay the council each month?
Is it right that we own the stands but not the land?
When did we first move to the County Ground?
Why did the proposed ground in the Front Garden fall through?
When were each of the individual stands built and what are their (approximate) capacities?

How much rent do we pay the council each month? 250K a year
Is it right that we own the stands but not the land? Yes
When did we first move to the County Ground? 1896
Why did the proposed ground in the Front Garden fall through? See below
When were each of the individual stands built and what are their (approximate) capacities? TE 1938 about 2000.

   Arkells 71/72 ish about  5000

Stratton Bank from year dot in some form 2500

   Nationwide....94   4500.

FG fell through because after getting preferred developer status from the Council Brady fell out with Donegan and Blatchley.....and walked, SBC wasn't happy abpout dealing with these two as opposed to Brady and withdrew the PDS.

All dates are a bit approx.....so I'm prepared for more accurate revision.
