This really pisses me off.
If there are tickets on the turnstile for home fans then how can they possibly have it all ticket? I rang Lincoln City FC on thursday and they said we had a 2000 allocation and there would be tickets on the day.
This is total bullshit, probably at the behest of their police to try and discourage Swindon fans from going. I guarantee that tickets will be available at the ground for away supporters. Just fucks me off, because it means ive got to arrange to go and get tickets for a game that Im not especially looking forward to.

It was like that at Forest last season, all ticket. Then when we sold our inital allocation on the Friday afternoon it was announced that you could pay on the day. Fucking stupid

Went to Luton one year, someone told me in the pub before the game that it was 'all ticket for away supporters'. Went up the ground and payed to get in. No trouble.
When youve got 1000's of free seats everyone knows its bullshit. Because if it was really true then you'd have away fans in the home end.
Il have a ticket before saturday. Just hassle though, for no reason other than a cheap police tactic.

I spoke to the ticket office guy about it a few weeks back when i was getting tickets and it's all due to the trouble at the game here, they want to know numbers for policing purposes. Apparently Rovers haven't even confirmed how many tickets we're gonna get for that game? Sounded like a load of BS then, still does now - realisitically how many will go to Lincoln on a sunday when it on TV?
