Theres a counciller in Penhill whos decided to make it his lifes work to ban dogs because his wifes scared of them.You'd think being a Penhill counciller he would have some real issues to sort out but it would seem not.

To be fair to the bloke, there do seem to be a relatively high proportion of dogs in Penhill.  Most are seen down town on Friday and Saturday nights, they really should do something about them!!
