Barkin mad Mike Newell has been given the bullet. Cant say im that surprised with some of his recent bumbling rants. Me thinks they will be going down with the dwarf now.
2 cracking games there then if we go up and they come down.

It's been a long time coming - being in the relegation zone made it easier for the board I guess.
Wonder who'll take over.

I feel a wee bit sorry for him when you consider 5 playes have gone for £9 million odd squid, and he has had little of it back to re-invest in his squad.
Dunno who would want the job either.

Bizarre.
He'd done a good job there and they're as good as down, can't see why they'd not give him another chance - after all he's had most of his team sold.
Perhaps we can buy Sammy now.

What a joke, he turned Luton from League 1 no hopers to run away champions. Very good performance in Championship and cup last year, now rough season and given the boot. I hope they get what they deserve now League 1 footie next season.

He had mad rants. But then so does Alex Ferguson. Dead unlucky.
As has been said before, theyve made a killing from that team that went up in 04-05.

Andy King played for Luton, he should apply.

Andy King played for Luton, he should apply. He probably will - But this appointment has Kinnear/Harford written all over it. Although I hear both are going in individually and not as a coaching team - might be wrong.
