I see that Starnes has slipped into the background and is not making his public appearances or quotes any more, everything comes from Bowden.
I assume they are lining up Bowden as the next Chief Exec then and moving Starnes back to Chief Bean Counter ??
Been on the cards for a while and they refuse to give Starnes the job full time even though they have removed Devlin. Plus Bob kept refrring to the Accountant rather than my boss the Chief Exec. Although Bob may have actually been trying to say, "There is no Acting Chief Executive".
