Ive got a strangely good feeling about today, anyone else have as well? The day yes....the football ...no. I still love the ritual, looking forward to a bit of protesting as well. Gave up expecting anything more than crap from this side a while back. This could possibly be the first time I've watched the Town play, with no recognised central defenders.....which might be funny, in a black humour sort of way. In that regard we're almost like Chelsea.....but as far as I know we haven't rented a centre half to PSV Eindhoven.

I expect another nervey match which we must win... We can fall to 6th today. 2-1 win... I hope, I pray.
Although only our results matter now - I feel the need to take a look at the rivals.
Barnet v Stockport - On the basis of their form, you cannot see SC losing... but all runs have to come to an end.
Peterborough v Franchise - I'm hoping PUFC's home advantage counts for something. They've still got play-off aspirations
Torquay v Wycombe - Wycombe win
Walsall v Chester - Walsall should win but Chester can produce a result.

We so need a win but I think it will be a draw 0-0 or 1-1 low scoring.

While not expecting even a draw today, what with an unrecognised new defensive back line, injuries, non-scoring strikers, and probably a reduced crowd, it might just be the day for a very surprise win. This would be typical Swindon (hopefully).

So much for the wholesale changes to the side.
What I don't understand is how the likes of Brownlie and Monkhouse get one chance with Sturrock while others get countless
