Now im going to be controversial here and put my neck on the line.
Arsenal should cash in on henry get 20-30 million for him and buy a out and out striker.someone who is gonna stay in the box and score those chances that they are missing this year.I watched last night and thought if they had someone like that they would of pissed that games.I know henry was on the bench but that is half the problem aswell he will miss 10-15 games a year through injury
Im bored

Arsenal try and score the perfect goal and try to walk the ball into the net.
For Arsenal ' If Plan A doesn't work....revert to Plan A !!'
They have tried to buy 'a fox in the box' and failed, but I agree, if they get a bid of over £20m...take it !!!

Wenger seems to buy the same sort of striker Adebayor, Baptista Strong strikers. Arsenal need a fox in the box who will get you 20-25 goals a season. Arsenal fans on 6-0-6 were complaining that they walk the ball in. I can see either Villa or Torres next season at the emirates.

For the fans the way they play is superb....its much more entertaining to watch than simply long ball like many of the prem teams revert to.
If they can walk it in they so be it and good on them cause its a lot harder to do than anything else.....problem is like has been said, they have no plan B......in football you can not always succeed with the same system against every team, so logically you have to have a plan B.
Until Arsene admits this to himself and accepts that not every goal they score has to be a contender for the best build up to a goal of the year award then they wont be winnig anymore silverware for a while IMO.
They do have the makings though (with the age of their squad) to have a couple of older additions and become a formidable team capable of beating anyone, without the right additions though, they will remain young and unexperienced and be constantly over complicating everything!

Fred caught a live one! I know it's unlikely. But if Bolton somehow overtake Arsenal to claim the last champs league spot, should Wenger be sacked

i think arsenal are 2 years away from greatness.wenger is building a side to dominate football for years to come. some arsenal fans should put up with a couple of years without trophies as they will get loads in the near future.buying a striker as a stop gap isn't the way wenger operates.so arsenal fans will need to be patient.

Henry is one of the best, if not the best, player in the world in my opinion. He's had an awful season, but will come back fitter and stronger. Was he rushed back too soon?

As long as they keep on winning nothing it's all good. I don't think Henry's worth £20-£30m now, past his best, they should have took the £50m last year.

I wouldnt sell Henry, but with Arsenals season effectivly over I'd make sure he is rested so he is 100% again next season. As far as I remeber apart from this season his injury record has been decent. Actually no fuck it, lets think like Paul Sturrock....rubbish injury record this season sell him Manchester United or something....
