Without resorting to illegal methods, you have two (fairly slim) chances:

1) Ask the ISP - but unless you've got a court order, chances are they won't tell you

2) Google the address (try just the username part as well as with domain name) and see if they've revealed their identity on discussion boards, newsgroup threads etc

Like I say, both fairly slim chances tbh.

If they've done something illegal - like make violent threads against you - you can get the IP address of the sender from the email header. If you do that, report the address to the ISP and get them booted. Or better still, tell the filth.
