Apologies! between semi-decent and Makalele I intended to insert 'League two' I have no belief at all that he is fit to lace the boots of the chelsea lot, he'd miss place a lace and have someone's eye out. But in that mould of breaking the play up Pook perhaps could be employed in that role in the lower leagues. I meant to put the whole thing in a League two context, ie OK relative to the high wuality footballers we've seen this season.

OK mattboy, your forgiven
I know what you meant though, just as good a reason as any to make some more jibes at a player I dislike thats all!
No disrespect to him, just if I was boss, he wouldn't make my team full stop. Obviously my own personal opinion though so don't take that wrong.

pook is the modern day scapegoat What about Roberts/Brown etc? personally don't like Brown because of his big time charlie attitude, Roberts is frustrating because he has all the talent in the world but doesn't use it. Pook I simply don't rate give it couple of years and he will be at supermarine, plenty of effort but hes not a holding midfielder, hes not an attacking midfield and hes not a playmaker so what exactly is he?

pook is a modern day paul batty. Ooooh will he end up working in a gents outfitters like Dunn and Co, and turn out for Yeovil.....suits you sir. Unfortunately gentleman's outfiters have been swept aside in the Gadarene stampede to uniformity that is the denim jean. So no chance of Pooky becoming like Batty.
