I wouldn't laugh too hard, this relates to player ownership - i.e the fact that a private individual or company had ownership of the players registration or contract (something like that).  Now take a look at the CVA document for STFC and the bit about Lady Wills having debts secured against players contracts.....

It's been going on since the 70's, but it only gets noticed by the FA when it appears on youtube  Although I suppose it's more about not being able to ignore it than not knowing it's going on.

West Ham had better hope if they are found guilty that it is done this season and they lose some of this seasons points if they have to......what worse than get relegated on merit (or lack of should I say) and then to get docked points in the summer and have to spend weeks scraping themselves off the bottom of the chapionship!!!

I doubt they will get a deduction anyway, more likely a hefty fine and a big slap on the wrist as there is no real precident in place from previously where they have caught someone is there? not that I can think of anyway???
