Fuck me. i note the £150k per year contract with a Marketing company!!
Good old Lady Wills and her loans. What happened to STPL shareholding, is that with St Modwen or did Wills get that back?
Wills has been at Board level for al bar 15 months out of the pst 13 years! Can't really be blaming anyone else now.
CVA not dependent on Ground development - note that bit Diamandis please.
For some reason I thought SSW had loaned more up to the date of the CVA beginning. Be Interesting to see how the current Balance sheet compares.

Andronikou tried to defend himself by referring to page 11. Now that I have read it, it seems clear that the CVA is not dependent on ground development. With his performance last night I think serious doubts should be raised about his ability.

One what I spotted:
3.14 The Supervisors will in their absolute discretion, if they thought it to be to the advantage of the Unconnection... blah ... discuss any possible amendments to the CVA in the light of change of circumstances.

Yeah, "discuss". He can discuss as much as he wants. It's the creditors who have the say. It would be good to get HMR&C's take on this.

Indeed so - I only pulled it out because it seems to be the loophole the board are banking on, no other reason. Was quoted with no opinions
