That's a fair better midfield than we have now, switch Hewlett for Evans and we'd be pissing this league.

I found Howard frustrating and annoying but looking back he was definitely a quality player, would probably have done far better for us under a different manager.

Igoe was never a winger but was effective there for us in 03/04.

He had 2 good games last season?  I liked him as a player as well but his time had come to leave IMO.

he was injury prone and had become a liabilty.
of the four you mentioned in their current state i'd only take howard back.but of course in the play off season they were far better than the current crop

True, I was gutted when he said he was leaving but his injuries and inconsistency were just too much of an issue.

it wasnt his best season, but he clearly had a falling out with Iffy.....and Iffy wouldnt play him towards the end of the season.....

As I'm sure you know, I rate Migz alot and he'd walk into our team.

...and away at brighton in the play-off semi.

after that game i really thought he'd get snapped up by a championship club.

Rotherham away at fill in Centre Back was his finest moment last season.

Proper class, and a nice bloke. Missed
