Mike Bowden Managing Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary, Managing Director of Shared Services, RWE npower.
Mike Bowden was appointed to the Board of Innogy (now RWE npower) as Managing Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary in February 2002. He previously held the position of Company Secretary and Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs from July 2000. After gaining a law degree at Nottingham University, Mike qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He joined the CEGB in April 1986 as a commercial lawyer and after the establishment of National Power held a number of senior legal and regulatory posts becoming Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs in September 1999. We can confirm Macaroni Cheese is not on the menu because we spoke to someone very important don't you know, and they said you didn't like Macaroon's, which we've assumed to be the same sort of thing, and frankly, that's good enough for us to publicly dismiss your desire for Macroni Cheese as fatally flawed.
