according to thisis, very briefly stated that the lawyers spoke on Monday, agreed to meet urgently - he didn't mention (quite rightly) the statement, so hopefully thats the end of tit-for-tat. Does make you wonder why yesterdays statement was released.

Yesterday's statement had "corporate lawyer" written all over it. I can only think it was the result of Mike B's fishing trip on Saturday. He spotted some gaps and went for them. Shame he missed the point of it all that the fans have had enough. Still the bloke's fighting for his job and reputation. Glad Mike reponded in the way he did.

There is communication, but lets hope it goes on peacefully and behind closed doors without all this shit that is being thrown.
It just makes people angry and draws them into an unwanted diatribe (myself possibly being the main protagonist)
