I know we are all fairly bored of one dayers now, but here goes anyway.
We've made a good start, NZ batting first, they are 138-5 after 33 overs

God that was fun [wipes sweat from brow ]never make it easy on ourselves do we?Thankfully Freddie played well otherwise we would have lost again And yet another awful decision costing Strauss his wicket,i mean even if it wasn't for the massive inside edge, the ball wouldn't have hit the wicket anyway :x http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/england/6260327.stm

Flintoff beard going a bit ginger. He played a top knock today. He could of bit out twice. One nearly caught on the boundary and being caught of a no-ball. Heart in your mouth time.

Vaughan returns, we win a game and Flintoff returns to some form. Coincidence?

no i dont think so Sonic. we all know Freddie is a better player when he isn't captain. what worries me is that Vaughan may be out for a few games now with a hamstring injury. not good

I'm more cynical.... We were very lucky - I think we were poor but in cricket when you're playing against a weaker team you tend to win still.
Only Flintoff's batting saved us really but a wins a win and it'll be great for moral.
