Feel for the guy really never had a chance here, badly timed injuries hid his form, I think he could have done a job here but credit to sturrock he's got rid, we've made a few quid and freed up decent wages for a new player.

I guess I perhaps naively think the players have a degree of professional pride, and Monkhouse will look back on his time here thinking what he could have achieved. Also I've no idea if he upped and moved everything down here to stay for only 6 months which would be a lot of hassle for such a short stay.
