I think I've properly fucked that part of my brain with liquid abuse. Maybe I'm just getting old. I can't even remember who we played on boxing day or what the score was. Although thinking about it, that alcohol abuse might be more localised to the time period of that day.

There's other stuff as well, names of people I knew in my last year of uni is pretty bad. It was only 6 months ago I left. There's this bird who's name I can't remember and is been driving me mental for about 2 days.

In future, write the woman's name on a Post-It... slap it on her forehead and make her wear it for a few days whilst constantly repeating her name during casual conversation -

"Good morning Jayne"

"That was a lovely bacon butty Jayne"

"My car could do with a quick hoovering out Jayne"

"Would you like a shag Jayne?"

Think of it as an aide-memoire.

Without wishing to sound alarmist FB...it could be something unrelated to the drink, which long experience has taught me isn't too bad on the memory loss front.

Do you remember me buying you 5 pints in the Beehive Boxing Day night....you said you were short and would pay me back?
