OK, I will actually answer the question. I am going with the 'In Luggy we trust' line until he gives me reason to doubt him (which hopefully he won't) so on that basis he's a good signing (i.e Luggy thinks he's good so he must be good)
He's scored a stack of goals at this level so horses for courses and all that, he should do well for us. I was personally hoping it was going to be Pawel Abbott, that would have been orgasmic but probably too good to be true.
We are of course assuming Rodgers will sign. He has said he doesn't want to drop a division but then with a reliable, proven goal scorer we should be dead certs for automatic promotion and he'll only be dropping a division until May. I reckon we will get him.
