OK I'm into vodka at the moment....but have orange in it as an expression of my solidarity with the Fan's Consortium. I suppose that's a bit gay....but I'm at ease with my sexuality. Rest easy Reg, orange is okay, just don't have a gut full of Wyborowa and then start drinking ale or other spirits. Mixers are okay. I tend to work the other way around....have a gut full of ale, then hit the vodka....don't really take too much notice of brands either, working on the basis if you drown it with a mixer it makes little difference.....should I be more discerning?

both stilton and brie are pretty ace.
Brie as to be served at room temperature, you are ruining the experience if you eat it straight from the fridge.

barszc is the same as borsch althought i do believe the ukrainians make it slightly different to the poles, its anoter one of those arguament where did it really orignate from, same as wodka.
i dont really know much about the polish/ukrainian relationship reg although they are in bid to co-host euro 2012 so i cant see things being too bad between em. Bit like the Greece/turkey joint bid? They get on really well!

oscypek.....Spacey any good ?
A full bodied cheese made by sheep in the Polish rainforests, it is similar in taste and texture to a cheese made by reindeer in the German outback called Donner unt Blitzen.

Well my Grandparents were born in Poland (but moved here after the war). They taught my parents, who then taught me polish ways of life and tradition. I like to call myself Polish, even though i was born in England. And yes, i've been to many a Swindon game, so yes i am a true fan etc

you can get a polish beer in southampton station spar called 'Lech' - I only bought it because it sounded like 'letch', but in fact it seemed rather decent to me.
