is it normal that i've not been to bed before midnight for about 5 or so years? it probably happens a couple of times a month at most. i don't have insomnia - i bloody love sleep and try to achieve a good 10 hours if possible, its just i dont really try to do it unless i'm really nackered.
even if i've got something early the next day, i'll go to bed the same time and make the sleep up during the day so i can resume normal noctural activity.

yeah i was thinking that being a professional layabout for the past 2 and a bit years doesn't help, but when i had an office job i did pretty much the same.
sonic i like the first track on selected ambient works by aphex alot.
agree village, people are mostly annoying, went shopping the day after boxing day and had to get out of town sharpish with so many imbeciles about

A park ranger would be a great job! But when i think of day job in this country, i automatically think of office based stuff, which i've done before and it bored the hell out of me

Likewise I haven't been to bed before midnight since I was at school apart from sleeping during the day. Even when I was starting work at 7.30am, I'd still often not get to sleep before 2am, 1am at earliest. Sometimes I'd get some more sleep when I finished though.
