That first half performance was abject fuckin shite. I was'nt going up until 1.30pm, cos my little un had convinced me that she needed shoes for the new school term, then my sister turned up and took her instead.(without me having to dip into my pockets....result) It was'nt just the team that did'nt do it first half either! The crowd for the first 45 mins were somewhat subdued for some strange reason, town end woke up second half,as did the rest of the ground, so did the side. The ref was a cunt, did'nt seem to give us anything first half. Over my bovril at half time, i was thimking if the weather got any worse, we could be looking at the game being abandoned. Who was the bald headed county player who went down looking for a penalty? cheating cunt. We could have won it in the end, Roberts was unlucky late on a couple of times. Lucas didnt look with it today, any one agree? Someone earlier said that these are the games we SHOULD be winning. I quite agree. And leeds got beat to boot!  Got pissed again after the game in the swiss chalet, so all in all, i had a good day apart from getting soaked. Bring on palace and that smarmey git from the carphone hoarhouse! Millom out. |
