Why is this good news exactly?  It is a game of opinions just dont really rate him, he does try hard and will regularly work up & down a pitch and give 100% but find it hard to see what else he brings to a team he doesnt stamp his authority on a game by being either a playmaker or a holding midfielder so find it hard to see why he plays, as I said only my opinion though. |

We only have him until january,ok it is on a contract but only literally weeks left,no doubt that he will sign a new one.
My point is dv is that pook is well worth having around How many games have we lost when he has started This year

I think Monkhouse is a good player and neither us or Hartlepool have lost when he has played....
Plus, he's chipped in with some good goals this season.
No pace what so ever, but better than Aaron Brown I think.
