And 70mph may be 'pathetic' but not everyone drives cars that are safe enough to drive at 100mph, ergo it is irresponsible to be doing 100mph.

It's like a house burglar having a go at an armed robber, one's obviously worse than the other, but doesn't have a right to take the moral high groound.
