To be honest we can get rid of just about anyone but have we got the finances to bring anyone in that will really improve on what we already have?

I'd rather not be taking chances with promotion, to be honest.

For me, they need to get someone who's just more hungry for goals up front. Both Peacock and Roberts walk off around the pitch too much ... and when they do there's nobody up front.

They both do it because they're frustrated at not getting enough of the ball and the same happens every match - they start up front and drift.

A goal hanging, no nonsense Mooney-esque frontman would do for me, thanks ...

There are always going to be blips in the season even if we go up as champions. The change in manager can't have helped and perhaps it's taking longer for Sturrock's ideas to make it into the brains of the players ... hence the past two performances.

I can't help thinking that we can't be that bad and be sitting third.  I would like a little more defensive cover, but as a unit our defence is excellent as a rule.  As everyone says a predator up top, and a quality anchor in the middle who can stay fit!

True, add them to the list, with respect to that I think we might have to wiat til the seasons end, shakes, zaboub, brown and monky might battle out the season, hopefully utilising the attacking qualities of our full backs, and then we'll pick up some wingers in the summer.  I can't see us bringing in anymore than than the 4 wingers we already have.
