i cant believe i rising to this but listen here you fucking cunt. have you ever heard of something called alports syndrome? ever heard of a steroid called aranesp? thought not.
alports syndrome is a fatal genetic kidney disorder, only a transplant can gurantee a cure and only then if the body does not reject the new kidney. haemodialysis (blood cleaning 3 times a week through 2, 4 inch needles in the forearm) is a stop gap that can halt the disease but not cure it.
the kidneys deal with cleaning the blood therefore a steroid called arenesp is injected into the patients stomach weekly in what is a very painful procedure.
the side affects of the steroid is a bloating of the patient sometimes adding as much as 6 stone onto the patients body.
so next time you call me fatty maybe stop and think you ignorant cunt. i do promise i am going to find you out, and the thing is when people stare death in the face on a regular basis they really dont give a fucking shit when it comes to laying out punishment.
when i see the people every day going through the shit i have to go through it makes no sense that cunts like you have a relatively easy life. your a spineless little prick and the sooner you get a fucking pasting the better.
