There wasn't hardly any songs at all yesterday. Most noise came from Morecombe, I guess it was their 'cup final' in an entirely patronsing big club V little club style.

I can honestly see them digging in their heels and refusing to budge in spite of the fact that Bill Power & Co can really take us forward. I'd say it's a probability...just got that feeling reading between the lines, especially the line where it states that they're not actively looking to sell the club.
I thought you were one for fan power Reg?!

Anyway, this should be on another thread... I'm all for fan power, but I'm not sure we've a critical mass for this yet. There is still a residue of good will for the Wills family, for their commitment over some years...that the Newbury placemen are only there at the behest of SSW is a circle yet to be squared. |
