What happens if SSW refuses to sell up his share of Swindon? Yes, it would go against everything that has been said (burning leather etc) and he is so bitter about the whole situation, he'd rather see the club die with him that flourish without him?

Just curious. Is there a legal way he, and the rest of the board could be ousted?

Good question magic. Although no-one is looking to oust Sir Seton, I think everyone hopes that he will continue to play a role in the football club. Some of the board are a different matter

If by "legal way" you mean are there legal mechanisms which could be used to force the major shareholder of a private company to sell up, then the short answer is no there isn't. If you mean "any way that isn't illegal" then look at what's been done at other clubs where fans have lost confidence in the board - there's dozens if not hundreds of ways fans can apply pressure. And clearly in any retail business which depends on the millions of pounds its customers put in, a board that those customers openly want rid of cannot last for long, when there is a viable and more attractive alternative the customers are actively asking for.
