Aparantly the PA at preston said when the teams came back out after half time 'welcome back to the uriah rennie show'. This got me thinking, didnt our PA slate the referee at half time during a game with steve mcmahon in charge. Seem to rememebr something about it, can anyone remember or shed any light???

I think what he said was

'I've seen some crappy refereeing decisions in my time, but that was the crapest'

I think it was after The Chief had been sent off....or McMahon....bah cant remember?!

Wasn't a PA at Bristol sacked after he made a comment when Junior Bent came on as sub? Something like: 'Junior Bent, I bet he is'.
