Somebody needs to spill the beans here for those of us who cannot speak for fear of his violence what is going on is a disgrace.The fact is that Diamandis is slimey operator who makes his money buying insolvent companies and using complete patsies to asset strip them and make cash. Diamandis operates on the limits of the legal system and controls companies as a shadow director in an attempt to avoid taking the blame when it all goes wrong and in addition of course taking the cash until that point.
He is under criminal investigation and was a disqualified director for a number of years, the investigation is for controlling insolvent companies during this period named in the evidence will the usual suspects Gray Holt etc.  Swindon Town is his biggest prize lack of accounts all the staff are under his control (someone do a credit check on Starnes) Wills family too weak/stupid/implicated to get rid of him and his best mate is the CVA supervisor.  This bloke Devlin and the marketing guy Sullivan finally found him out and they had to go same as poor old Linda Birrel, Bill Powers crash was all he needed. Swindon fans need to get rid of this parasite and his hangers on pronto or you wont have a club left to support.  £2m went in over the summer all told what happend to it then?  If you dont act the Football league will remember Mcmahon he said nobody could force him out...the fans did!

It's an absurd idea, this club doesn't make any profit for him to take.

Its not about making profit. £1.2 million was injected into the club this summer. Before all else this had to be spent on the CVA - it wasn't. So where is it? It hasn't been spent on running costs cos you don't pay these until the CVA has been paid. Likewise the Wise/Poyet compensation - where has it gone? You can't tell me it was used to cover losses - these are of secondary importance to a CVA. The money is either sitting there or has disappeared.

It would be crazy to suggest he's taking money out blatantly.  Dunwoody do though get contracts from the club, programmes, marketing etc.  His company makes money off the club and he probably earns a fee from SSW in some way.  I can't claim any of that is not above board though.

The original post is a little close to the wind, unless it can't be confirmed.  How would you go about confirming the facts to ensure it's not libellous? - the criminal investigation for example.

He does indeed have a history of getting involved in insolvent companies - mostly prinitng concerns I think.  Whether that's dodgy or not, who knows - maybe this poster does, but if I were a mod on here I'd be saving the text for later and then removing!

not really but Peter Rowe used to be our chief executive and still has links to commercial lawyers and things so I'm sure he hears down the grapevine

Next door neighbour to Danny Donnegan in Essex, IIRC, so probably not down to Peter Rowe. Peter definitely has an axe to grind, though, so it's fair to approach much of what he has to say about Mikey D with a good degree of caution. Equally, he's not stupid and is not likely to expose himself to a libel suit.

Rowe was brought in as CE during the Brady period and remained at the club after they left to run to the business while the new Consortium was using the courts to wrestle back control.

Interestingly, SSW never gave up his shareholding during their period in control as I remember it.  The trio just took over full control of running the business with SSW acting simply as a shareholder.

Rowe does indeed have a personal dislike of Diamandis following the changeover period, but making allegations like that are fairly serious and you'd think he would have checked before doing so (due to being open to being sued).  Even with a potential vendetta he's a business person and would be aware of the risks of alleging such a thing about the person in question.
