its a hard one dv though,he has been locked up before and did not learn obviously and will just be a waste of money and a cell which some other fucker will probably need.
They should have rehabs like the priory but where you do your time in them like 6 mnths but with no release and vistors once a week, the problems with rehabs at the moment is they are optional to the drug user and they can come and go as they please. For every new prison they build i firmly believe that they should build a rehab that is to be used for rehab.I dont just mean pete docherty here as he seems like he is one who will never learn but for alot of users it could be a benefit

maybe im being a bit simple, but he's addicted and breaking the law. Stick him in a cell for a couple of years and he has no choice....
Maybe its wrong to not understand and think he can go cold turkey...but meh

Maybe its wrong to not understand and think he can go cold turkey...but meh The thing is the drug he seems to be addicted to now is not as addictive as heroin in a physical sense its just in the head .i can see your point of view dv but i honestly think there is a better way for treating the addicts than simply saying go to prison

If you stuck him in jail he'd get offered drug substitutes which cost loads as well and don't solve the problem. Something to do with human rights.
I thought he was sorting himself out like macca said, I guess he has improved his antics a bit, but obviously he's a long way off sorting himself out.

i hate this guy as much as the rest of you but sometimes i do feel he is given a rough ride.
the police know how much shit he's going through with his drugs yet keep arresting him to make him look a cunt and also to make themselves look good.
the guy needs serious help and arresting him all the time isn't the answer

Would any non-famous person who'd committed the same crimes over and over get jailed? That is actually a question, as i have no idea.

He's only hurting himself, friends and family whilst helping a dealer give his kids a nice christmas. Not sure what there's to achieve by sending him to prison constantly.
He must know he hasn't produced anything good since up the bracket.

That is actually a question, as i have no idea. you would hope so, but probably not to be fair. the prisons we have are all full. A non-famous person would also have a lot less cash, so is possibly more likely to be engaged in other illegal activities resulting in prison???
