Sturrock has said it aint a quick fix job here and changes will be made. Fair play to the man as he wants to make us good enough for League 1.
But hang on a min, we're in the play offs and have had a dip since Wise left - we can't have that bad a squad for this league.
Who do we think will be phased out?
I reckon the first to go will be:
Fola
Brownlie
Evans
Brown
Vincent

i imagine he'll want to strengthen the left-side of defence as he favours attacking/overlapping fullbacks, something which vincent is incapable of doing.
otherwise, an attacking central midfielder/playmaker type in the mould of friio would be nice.

If anyone goes it won't be until January. We've got a good squad that are capable of playing very good football, but we still lack any sort of cutting edge. I reckon we could be about 15 points better off if we could finish.

I don't think anything too dramatic will happen. Maybe a couple of loan signings or a free transfer during the window. From what some people are saying anyone would think we were struggling but the last time I looked we were fourth in the table. That's two points behind an automatic promotion spot and seven behind top. I imagine he will bring in a couple of new faces but no more. I can't see anyone major leaving before the summer.
